Manage your trip online and save time

You can do many of the things you call us about online or in the American app. It's easy and convenient – just find your trip using your confirmation code or log in to your AAdvantage^® account.

Here are just a few of the things you can do online:

• View your trip details
• Choose your seats
• Check in for your flight
• Add additional services to your trip like a wheelchair, an infant in lap, or a service dog or carry-on pet
• Request special assistance

With our online tools, you can manage your trip your way, without having to pick up the phone.

Worldwide phone numbers

You may be charged a service fee for trips ticketed by our Reservations offices, airport ticket counters, or travel centers in certain countries or regions.

Not all international calls to American Airlines are toll-free. Cell phone rates may be higher than landline rates.

In some locations, a General Sales Agent (GSA) may handle marketing, ticketing, sales, and reservations on behalf of American Airlines.
